BoxStream is a media discovery and organization platform that allows users to:
- Browse and discover movies and TV shows
- Create and manage personal watchlists
- Track watch history and progress
- Install third-party addons for additional content sources
BoxStream does not host, store, or distribute any video content. All media information is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) API.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Third-Party Addons
Important: Third-party addons are not developed, maintained, or endorsed by BoxStream.
By installing and using third-party addons, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the addons you install
- You are solely responsible for any content accessed through addons
- BoxStream has no control over addon content or functionality
- BoxStream is not liable for any damages arising from addon use
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding content access
Legal Notice: Accessing copyrighted content without proper authorization may violate copyright laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of addons complies with all applicable laws.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Collect user data without consent

The BoxStream name, logo, and all related graphics, icons, and service names are trademarks of BoxStream. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
All content displayed through the Service, including but not limited to movie posters, descriptions, and ratings, is sourced from third-party providers and remains the property of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOXSTREAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruption or system failure
- Any content accessed through third-party addons
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
